Controller

What we collect
- Enquiry data — name, company, email, telephone, route, dates, passenger numbers and anything you write in the message field.
- Flight data — where a booking proceeds, passenger names and details required by the operator and by border authorities.
- Technical data — if you have allowed analytics cookies, aggregated information about pages visited and device type.
Why we process it
Enquiry data is processed to respond to your request and, where you proceed, to arrange the flight — that is, for steps taken at your request before a contract and thereafter to perform it. Passenger data is shared with the operating air carrier and, where required, with border and customs authorities, on the basis of legal obligation. Analytics is processed on consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Air operators selected for your flight, ground handling agents, and where applicable catering and transport suppliers. Border authorities where advance passenger information is mandatory. Our form processor and email provider act as data processors under agreement. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Enquiries that do not proceed: 12 months.
- Completed bookings: 5 years, as commercial and operational records.
- Accounting records: as required by Norwegian bookkeeping legislation.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to charter@vardair.digital and we respond within 30 days. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Covered separately in the cookie policy. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies is set before you make an active choice.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and passenger data is limited to staff who need it to arrange your flight.
